Booth Terms

All booths will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. 50% non-refundable deposit is due with application submittal and is needed to hold booth space for the exhibitor. Balance of booth fee is due by Sept 15th, 2015. No booth will be given without full payment or reserved without a deposit.

Failure to submit ALL forms and payment in full by the above date, your spot will be sold and your deposit will be forfeited.

All rooms are available in Smoking and Nonsmoking to suit your preference.

Rates are as follows:
Single ( 1 double Bed ) - 79.00 + Tax
Double ( 2 Double Beds ) - 99.00 + Tax
King ( 1 King Bed ) - 89.00 + Tax

Booth Information

The following is provided for each 10'x10' booth:

  • Two artist badges
  • One helper pass
  • Pipe and drapes
  • Garbage box
  • Bio-waste container (for artists)
  • One (1) eight (8) foot table with skirt
  • one (1) six (6) foot table.
  • Four (4) chairs

Artists & Vendors must provide their own extension cords, sure protectors and light source.

For Artists:
There will be a sterilizer, thermo fax and copy machine available for use in the front and rear of the convention center. Hand washing stations will be available in convenient, easily accessible areas.

For Vendors:
Any exhibitors needing special requirements, including but not limited to large display racks, easels, stand ups, etc… must be cleared by management at time of application submittal.
